Phillips 66 VersaTrans LV ATF

VersaTrans LV ATF is specifi cally engineered to help ensure long service life and to provide consistent shift performance for the life of the fl uid, as well as better shift performance under extreme operating conditions. It is highly shear stable and has excellent oxidation resistance for long fl uid life. It provides excellent antishudder performance and has excellent low-temperature properties for easier shifting in cold weather. The low-viscosity fl uid results in less frictional drag (churning loss) for improved transmission effi ciency, thereby offering the potential for improved fuel economy performance.

VersaTrans LV ATF is recommended for use in many newer Ford, GM and Japanese vehicles where the manufacturer recommends MERCON LV, DEXRONVI, AW-1, DW-1, SP-IV, Type T-IV or Type WS fl uids. It is not recommended for use in dual clutch transmissions (DCTs), belt or chain-driven continuously variable transmissions (CVTs), or older transmissions that require a higher-viscosity fl uid. Please refer to the owner’s manual for correct fl uid recommendation.

• Toyota automatic transmissions where a Type T-IV (JWS 3309) or Type WS (JWS 3324) fl uid is specifi ed
• Hybrid vehicles with electronic continuously variable transmissions (eCVTs) where the OEM specifi es a MERCON LV or Toyota Type WS fl uid
• Hydraulic systems on industrial and mobile equipment operating over a wide temperature range
