Super Kut 275-5 CNO is a multi-functional high-performance cutting and lubricating oil. Designed for use in automatic screw machines, lathes, and CNC machining centers, it combines unique EP (extreme pressure) chemistry and superior lubricating properties. It may be used in the gearboxes of multiple spindle screw machines (Acme-Gridley, Davenport, New Britain Gridley, Cinematic, Wickman, etc.), thus eliminating the problem of lube oil diluting the cutting fluid.
Detailed Product Description
Super Kut 275-5 CNO may be safely used on all ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, especially alloy steels, stainless steel, titanium, Waspaloy, Inconel, etc. However, it can also be used on mild steel, aluminum and copper alloys.
Super Kut 275-5 CNO uses a unique EP agent that gives the performance of highly active sulfur without the staining, bad odors, and dark color normally associated with that type of additive. It also contains lubricity, special stability, and anti-mist agents, all blended into premium paraffinic base oil.
