Houghton Garia 621 M-36
Detailed Product Description
Garia 621 M-36 is light colored, anti-mist, active sulfur cutting oils designed for use in moderate to severe machining operations. Garia 621 M-36 is available in different EP levels and viscosity grades to cover a wide variety of machining operations and metals.
Garia 621 M-36 and the Garia chlorine free HM Series® are transparent, light colored, active sulfur cutting oils formulated using high quality refined base stocks with a naturally high viscosity index. The Garia product line varies in viscosity and extreme pressure level to cover the widest range of machining operations and conditions.
Garia 621 M-36 contains unique synergistic extreme pressure additive systems that readily react at the chip tool interface to form extremely effective boundary lubricating films which reduce frictional heat and prevent metal-to-metal contact of the tool and workpiece.
Garia 621 M-36 contains fatty oil additives which increase the lubricity and provides better surface finish of workpieces. Garia 621 M-36 possesses excellent anti-wear and anti-weld properties to maximize tool life and minimize machine down-time.
